Life - Practice Area
Life insurance provides financial compensation when a loved one passes away. Life insurance proceeds are conditional on the cause of death, and the medical history of the deceased. All too often, after the death of a loved one, our clients have insurance carriers launch an investigation into their loved one's cause of death or medical history, and claim that based on that history, they do not have to pay the agreed upon policy coverage.
At Taylor & Tapper, we are experienced in reviewing life insurance policies, medical records and causes of death to make sure that your insurance company does not deny your benefits for a cause that is not legitimate under the policy.
